This extraordinary heron vane retains a choice surface from the household of Thomas & Betty Mellon Evans. The body is a double sheet laminate of copper from the breast forward. A single sheet behind the pivot point. Excellent condition. Three small 22-caliber dents, which do not penetrate although leaving a short cloud trail descending from the impact area.
